Comment by Kate Hagner on April 23, 2013 at 9:15am Considering your next move after AmeriCorps? Have you thought about going abroad? As you explore your options for next steps post-AmeriCorps, you might consider leveraging the skills and perspectives that you’ve gained and honed during your term of service in the United States by seeking to apply them on a global scale, contributing to such fields as international aid and development and partnering with community organizations, institutions, and fellow global citizens around the world. AmeriCorps Alums is offering a webinar to learn more about your options for engaging in meaningful, effective service and work abroad, from volunteering overseas to international education to global careers. Tuesday, April 30th from 12PM to 1PM Eastern Daylight Savings time. Click here to register and learn more.
