Together, we have designed our internship program to strengthen the practical application of environmental sustainability within ARAMARK and identify career pathways for the existing and emerging workforce in environmental sustainability.

During the internship Training and Orientation program, the ARAMARK Environmental Sustainability Interns had the opportunity to visit Mill Creek Urban Farm in West Philadelphia. http://millcreekurbanfarm.org/
The farm is organically managed and helps support the local community. They have a green roof, composting toilet, composting piles, a bee hive and much more.

Today, May 22nd, I begin my SCA journey. This morning I woke up to find an email from SCA crews; I had received a summer national crew placement. I honestly had given up hope since my availability dates were so limited, so I didn't expect to get a placement, but luckily I was proven wrong.
