Conservation Begins Here
More than just supervisors, SCA Field Leaders serve to mentor, motivate, and inspire, ensuring that their team members learn, grow, and achieve great things over the course of their programs. Field Leaders can lead an SCA Corps team of young adults for several months, a high school-aged National Crew for four weeks over summer vacation, a Community Crew located in an urban setting close to home (select U.S. cities), or a team of their peers on an off-season Leader Team. Field Leaders can be specialists in trail maintenance & building, habitat & native species restoration, fire management & monitoring, visitor use surveys & outreach, and many more fields of service.
