Conservation Begins Here
Looking for an opportunity to volunteer on Monday the 21st for the National Day of Service? Quite a few park clean-up projects will be going on across the boroughs, including in areas of Queens and Staten Island affected by Hurricane Sandy. Visit www.nycservice.org or the NYC Parks volunteer page at www.nycgovparks.org/opportunities/volunteer to sign up!
As for me, I plan to be out at Fort Tryon Park for this event tomorrow: www.nycgovparks.org/events/2013/01/21/martin-luther-king-volunteer-...
Tell us how YOU will be spending your Day of Service!
